Karufune Corporation (skiff Inc.) was established in 2009, and its predecessor is the company of Jiang Zhang. The company is located at 4-4-23 ushio CHO, Tennoji ward, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. The factory is located in Jiangsu City, Suzhou, China. It has been developed as a group of companies that integrate production, research and development and international trade through a difficult course of over 10 years. The office is established in many areas such as Japan and Singapore. Annual sales exceed 10 million meters, and sales exceed $20 million.
There are a total of 380 units of Tsuda horse water press machine and 200 Toyota jet weaving machines, and the site area is over 70 acres. In the water material, polyester simulation silk, nylon monofilament, polyester simulated linen, sea island yarn fashion material, etc. Jet material is made of artificial silk, artificial cotton, acetate fiber, flax material, and Tencel material. All products accept sample and material customization and external processing from sample to fabric.
Currently, there are 288 factory workers, 5 technical engineers, 25 managers, 25 sales teams, 15 R & D teams and 15 overseas teams. With the production and processing capabilities of all processes, such as spinning, dyeing, printing, and coating, the products are exported to 15 countries and regions, including America, Europe, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Russia and Turkey.
